We use the Mailgun (Sinch) service for sending transactional emails (contact forms, newsletter confirmations) and B2B commercial communications. Mailgun is GDPR compliant and meets data protection requirements. Email data is processed in accordance with our anti-spam policies and email marketing best practices.
5. Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Newsletter contact data is retained until consent is withdrawn. Logs and analytics data are anonymized or deleted according to provider policies.
